I was unsure if this primer was going to work. The pictures below is of my naked lips, and the second picture is the lipstick without the primer under it. The last picture is the lipstick with the primer underneath it. Follow the instructions. Let it dry before you apply. It may feel dry while you are applying the lipstick, but you will love the results. An arsenal in my supply.

I've used other primers before and they made my lipstick smudge. This stuff is awesome and it stayed on the whole night and looked liked I had just applied it. Definitely will buy more

I really like this! It makes a difference when applied before the Velvetines! I always use a little bit of lip balm and rub the lips a little. Then rub most of it off. Then I apply the Ghost Veil and wait for it to dry. Then Velvetines or Plushies. I sure recommend it!

Noticed a difference in texture when using before liquid lipstick, after applying their liquid lipstick it had a softer feel and look on the lips. Lips had velvety smooth finish, i love that there products have velvety matte finishes. In love!!!!
